The DLSU Jesse M. Robredo Institute of Governance successfully served as the Conference Secretariat of the Philippine Political Science Association 2019 International Conference entitled Rethinking Liberal Democracy at Quest Hotel in Clark, Pampanga from May 28-29, 2019. DLSU - JRIG Staff led by its Director Dr. Ador R. Torneo, PPSA National Secretary, working with volunteers from Wesleyan University and the University of Santo Tomas introduced innovations and streamlined the conference registration process eliminating perennial queues and reducing the time required for conference registration, distribution of kits, and release of certificates and receipts from more than 10 minutes and three queues per participant down to less than 30 seconds per participant and no queue.
