The La Salle Institute of Governance is looking for a full-time Research Assistant who will be engaged in a multi-year project on civic education research.
Job Description:
Provides administrative, logistical, and technical support to the Project Manager, including assistance on research, activity organizing, documentation, preparation of reports, planning of activities, monitoring of project performance and other project-related activities;
Produces written drafts of outputs in relation to the project;
Coordinates tasks, outputs, and activities with the consultants and project partners;
Reports to the Project Manager;
Coordinates with staff of JMRIG and other project personnel; and
Attends project meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science related discipline;
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
Preference for applicants who have at least three (3) months of work or internship experience as a research assistant or project assistant;
Excellent communication skills: written and spoken (English and Filipino);
High level of knowledge and skills in using MS Office, Google Suite, and Zoom; and
Preference for applicants who have demonstrated the following traits in their previous engagements or student activities: resourcefulness, leadership, being pro-active, independence (ability to deliver outputs with minimal supervision), and being a problem-solver
